Neil McBride from Glasgow, a third-year student at Clayton State University, Atlanta, finished joint 10th in the Orchard Fall Invitational college golf tournament over one round at The Orchard Golf & Country Club, Clarkesville, Georgia this week.
Neil had a round of five-over-par 77 over the 6,686yd course.
Freshman student Kevin Duncan from Ellon, pictured right, had an 82 to gain a share of 18th place.
One of their American team-mates, Will Wilcox, was the individual winner with a three-under-par 69.
Clayton State (298) won the team event by 11 shots from Reinhard College with Piedmont College (322) third.
