GUNN'S POOR START IN PANAMA CITY - WELL,

TWO OVER PAR ON WEB.COM TOUR IS POOR!

Jimmy Gunn's recent good run on the Web.com Tour faltered in the first round of the Panama Claro Championship at Panama City today (Thursday).
The Dornoch exile, who lives at Scottsdale, Arizona these days, shot a two-over-par 72 and was joint 99th, eight shots behind the joint leaders, Matt Atkins (USA)m Andrew Pulman (USA) and Canada's Adam Svensson.
A two-over 72 might not seem a bad start but in the very competitive scene of the Web.com Tour, anything over par is not to be entertained.
Let's hope Jimmy can go very low in the second round, not only to beat the cut but to surge into contention.
Go, Jimmy!
