Bearsden Golf Club 125th Anniversary

Bearsden Golf Club was founded on March 3, 1891 and this year celebrates its 125th anniversary.

Bearsden members  continue to value the club's special characteristics and traditions and promote the family spirit evident within the club.

The club has a history of producing top-class golfers at all levels with the most recent being Ewen Ferguson who played with such

distinction in the winning GB and I Walker cup team against the United States at Royal Lytham last year.

With a professional management structure in place, the club prides itself in investing in the course and improving the member experience. Junior members are strongly encouraged and are provided with free coaching throughout the year and a week-long summer training camp.

The course lay-out, which comprises of nine holes and additional alternate holes, is perfect for those looking for a challenge but provides a flexibility for those who may not have the time for 18 holes every time they play.

The clubhouse is the beating heart of the club with an unrivalled social scene with numerous events happening throughout the year. Sky Sports and BT Sports are both broadcast meaning that members are never short of events to watch.

For the coming season the club have a great offer throughout March for those who are looking to start golf, get back to golf or for those who are perhaps disillusioned with their current club and wish to move to a club that is fresh, exciting and moving forward.
