By COLIN FARQUHARSON
Greig Hutcheon made another bad start to his second round at Castro Marim on Algarve's eastern border with Spain and the four shots he dropped over the first three holes added up to the gap between him in joint 12th place and the three players who tied for the top spot on seven-under 137 in the Algarve Pro Tour 36-hole event which finished today.
The Paul Lawrie Golf Centre man had a double bogey 6 at the first hole and also bogeyed the second and third before birdieing the fourth, fifth, ninth, 12th, 13th and 15th. A bogey at the last for a 71 and a final total of 141 cost him a top 10 finish.
Tantallan amateur Lewis Reid shot a 74 for 145 and joint 26th place in a field of 67.
Paul Shields (77-71) and James Steven (73-75)  tied for 34th place on 148.
