CHAUDHURI WINS BY FOUR SHOTS

FENWICK FINISHES JT FOURTH IN

CHASE FOR £10,000 PRIZE

Neil Fenwick finished joint fourth in the PGA EuroPro Tour event, the Motocaddy Masters at The Carrick on Loch Lomond today (Friday).
So, the £10,000 jackpot eluded him again but a cheque for £1,433 helped to soften the blow.
Dunbar tour pro Fenwick shot 71, 68 and 73 for one-under-par 212, finish seven shots behind
the winner, England's Neil Chaudhuri who claimed the £10,000 jackpot with rounds of 68, 68 and 69 for eight-under 205, four ahead of joint runners-up Bradley Dredge (Wales) and Irishman Matt Murphy.
Aberdeen's Greg McBain (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) earned £900 for an eighth place finished on two-over 215 (70-75-70).
Carnoustie's Eric Ramsay's closing 69 was one of the best final rounds and his total of 219, after earlier rounds of 74 and 76, saw him tie for 19th place and earn £467.
Paul Lawrie's elder son Craig Lawrie (75-72-75) and John Henry (Clydebank and District) (72-75-75) tied for 24th place and earned £330 apiece.
