Fox and Gray both had six birdies and one bogey
Joint fourth on 67 with Wednesday winner Robert Arnott (Bishopbriggs), Paul McKechnie (Braid Hills) had more birdies (seven) than the top three but dropped three shots over the 12th and 13th holes with a pair of 6s. He bogeyed the long 12th and double bogeyed the par-4 next.
Arnott and McKechnie both earned £473
