HUTCH WINS BY FOUR ON SCOTTISH SENIORS CIRCUIT

Scottish senior amateur champion Ian Hutcheon (Monifieth) won the North of Scotland seniors open tournament at Nairn Dunbar - the second event on the new Scottish seniors circuit.
Hutcheon had had rounds of 69 and 73 for a total of 142 - four shots ahead of runner-up Patrick Tomisson from Nairn.
George Paterson (Aberdeen Northern) was joint third on 149 with Iain Stewart (Curragh).
John Fraser (Royal Burness), the former Murcar Links player who won the opening event at Stirling, finished a creditable joint eighth with 77 and 75 for 152.
