LOCAL KNOWLEDGE PAYS OFF FOR GORDON HAY
Home club player Gordon Hay (Grantown on Spey) clinched victory in the Moray county championship with an eight under par total of 132 (66 66) to gain a two-stroke victory over clubmate John Campbell (66-68). Gordon’s son Gavin won the handicap section with an aggregate score of 129, playing off five of a handicap.
