NOTICE FOR ANNUAL MEETING

Please see below for notice of this year's AGM.
In an effort to cut costs, the Council decided to sent this notice electronically, rather than as normal, by post.
It has also been decided that a copy of the 2006-7 agenda and 2006-7 Financial statement will firstly be made available to those attending the meeting. For anyone who cannot attend the meeting but would still like a copy of the year's accounts then please e-mail me and I will ensure a copy is sent. Again this will, if possible, be in the form of an E-mail. I will also post copies of these items on the club's Google group site.
Outgoing President John T Anderson would greatly appreciate it if as many members as possible could attend this meeting as this is your chance to voice your opinion and help the Alliance move forward.
If I don't see you at the AGM then I hope you have a great summer and I will see you all in September.


Notice of Annual General Meeting

Monday 23rd April 2007 at 7.30pm prompt
To be held at The Merchants of Edinburgh Golf Club
A buffet will be served from 7pm

The Agenda for the Meeting, Minutes of 2006 AGM and the 2006-7 Financial Statement will be
available on the night to all Members attending.

If there are any questions/suggestions Members would like to ask/make (whether you are planning to attend the AGM or not) it would be appreciated if you could make them known to the Secretary well in advance of the Meeting, to allow time for the preparation of a suitable reply.

There will be a Presentation of Prizes to all 2006-7 winners after the AGM.
