SCOTLAND UNDER-18 TEAM NAMED FOR
LOSSIEMOUTH MATCHES NEXT WEEK
Scotland has named the following team for next week's boys' home internationals over the Moray Golf Club's Old Course links at Lossiemouth (Tuesday to Thursday):
JAMES BYRNE (Banchory).
JORDAN FINDLAY (Fraserburgh).
CAMERON GRAY (West Kilbride).
ROSS KELLET (Colville Park).
LEWIS KIRTON (Newmachar).
SHAUN McALLISTER (Craigielaw).
CHRIS ROBINSON (Wigtown & Bladnoch).
ZACK SALTMAN (Craigielaw).
GORDON STEVENSON (Whitecraigs).
MICHAEL STEWART (Troon Welbeck).
JAMES WHITE (Lundin).
Scotland last won the title in 1995. England have won the trophy for the last eight years in a row.
SGU National Junior coach Spencer Henderson from Banff said:
"This one one of the strongest teams we have had in recent years, given the form of many of our players this summer. I am confident we can make a good challenge for the title. Competing on home soil will be an advantage."
