Paul wins, Sean 2nd, Craig joint third with Greig Hutcheon

Paul Lawrie scored his fifth win of the 2016-2017 North-east Golfers' Alliance season with a bogey-free five-under-par round of 65 (32-33) at Fraserburgh Golf Club today (WED).
His nephew Sean was runner-up with a 66 (33-33) in a field of 84 players.
Paul's older son Craig (31-36) finished joint third on 67 with Greig Hutcheon (34-33), which meant that all four leading places were claimed by Paul Lawrie Golf Centre players.
Paul Lawrie, whose round earned him the top cash prize of £160, had an eagle 3 at the long sixth and birdies at the short fifth and par-4 10th and 13.
Sean Lawrie had six birdies and two bogeys.
Craig Lawrie, out in four-under 31, was leading the field until he crashed to a double bogey 6 at the 10th. He bounced back with birdies at the 13th and 17th but dropped another shot at the 15th.

+Sponsorship of £150 from Gavin Chalmers (Lawrence of Kemnay) added £10 to each of the 15 prizewinners.
