Kevin Duncan leads the Scots in Morocco

Kevin Duncan (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) was the highest placed Scot at the end of the first round of the Pro Golf Tour's Madaef Open at Royal El Jadida Golf Club, Morocco today.
Kevin, pictured, shot a 74 on a day when even the leader, Max Laier (Germany), did not break 70.
Duncan, who bogeyed the second and third before parring all the remaining holes, is joint 14th.
Team-mate Philip McLean from Peterhead had a 75 for a share of 20th place.
Another Peterhead product, Ross Cameron, and former Scottish amateur champion Chris Robb (Meldrum House) are sharing 57th place on six-over 78.
Another former Scottish title-holder, Alexander Culverwell (Dunbar) had an 81 for joint 83rd place.
Portlethen's Sam Kiloh (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) had a triple bogey and four double bogeys in compiling an 82 for joint 90th position.
