Fraser Davren KOd by back spasms but Brad Bawden leads E Florida State to 2nd win of 2017
Eastern Florida State won the title by 24 strokes.
It could have been even bigger because Fraser Davren, a freshman from
Glasgow, had shot the lowest score of the first round, a 69, and then had to withdraw from the second round because of back spasms.
Davren is pictured on the right.
Brad Bawden, a second-year student from Hockley, Essex, steered Eastern Florida State University to a second time team title of 2017 and chalked up his second individual success of the year on the US college golf circuit.
Bawden, pictured left, had rounds of 72 and 69 for a total of 141.Eastern Florida State won the title by 24 strokes.
