Lumine to host European Tour Q School Final stage for first time

EUROPEAN TOUR NEWS RELEASE
Spain's Lumine Golf and Beach Club will hold the European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage for the first time from November 11-16, 2017.
After hosting Second Stage five times, the Spanish course will now hold the six-round contest, which is the third stage of Q-School and determines who will make the grade and earn a European Tour card.
Set in the picturesque Tarragona, an hour away from Barcelona, the Greg Norman-designed Lake Course and tricky Hills Course will pose a testing challenge for the European Tour hopefuls.
The highly regarded course joins an illustrious list of venues that have held the conclusion of one of golf’s most dramatic events, where 156 players compete over six rounds – with the top 25 and ties earning European Tour cards.
“We are truly delighted to have built on our strong relationship with such a wonderful golfing destination as Lumine,” said Mike Stewart, Qualifying School Director.
“Over the years Lumine has become one of the most established venues on the Qualifying School circuit, and we are all very excited about what the future holds.
“I have no doubt that this stunning venue will prove to be a great host of the third and final stage of Qualifying School."
