Dunbartonshire double win over Lanarkshire

                        Lanarkshire youths team today at Carnwath 

Dunbartonshire started the West of Scotland Inter County A and Youth leagues with a double victory over newly crowned Scottish champions Lanarkshire. 
The A Team won 6.5-1.5 at Hilton Park and the Youth team triumphed 4.5-3.5 at Carnwath.

David Lindsay (Lenzie) halved with Kenny Gallacher (East Kilbride).
Andy Campbell (Dumbarton) halved with Ross Hinshelwood    (East Kilbride)

Ian Mclellan (Clober) halved with Graham Rankin (Drumpellier)

Scott Moore (Clydebank) bt Keith Turnbull (Larkhall) 2 and 1.
Chris Prior (Bearsden) bt W S O Sharpe (Hamilton) 5 and 3.
Craig Bisset (Dumbarton) bt Dylan Burt (Bellshill) 2 holes.
Richard Bridges (Dumbarton) bt Fraser Kane (Kirkhill) 2 and 1.
  
Youth Team results

John Woodhead (East Kilbride) bt Rhys  Thomson (Palacerigg) 3 and 1.
Callum Connacher (Wishaw) halved with Gavin Roger (Clober)
David  Fair (Hamilton) halved with Kieran Hughes (Hilton Park)

Kieran McVicar (East Kilbride) lost to Donel Hair (Hayston) 1 hole

Jonathan Torrance (Drumpellier) halved with Stewart Boyd   (Hayston)

Jack McMorris (East Kilbride) bt Calum Smith (Dumbarton) 4 and 3.
Scott MacPherson (Bothwell Castle) lost to Daniel Finnigan   (Dumbarton) 6 and 4.
Scott Thomson (Mount Ellen) lost to Neil Stewart (Clober) 4 and 3.
