PGA in Scotland Winter Series

Erskine and Campbell get it together to win 

with a better-ball 63 at Archerfield

Two pros from opposite ends of the country, James Erskine (Dumfries and County) and Christopher Campbell, formerly Trump International but now playing out of his own company, Kai Agency, combined to win the £640 first prize in the PGA in Scotland Four-ball Winter Series over Archerfield Links' Fidra Course today.
On a very cold and breezy day at the East Lothian venue, Erskine and Campbell headed a good field of 26 pairs with a nine-under-par 63 with better-ball birdies at the first, second, fifth, eighth, ninth, 10th, 12th, 16th and 18th.
They won by one stroke from Stephen Gray (Kingsfield) and Campbell Elliott (Haggs Castle) who earned £500 between them.
Third place was shared between Brian Marchbank (unatt) and Ronan Rafferty (Monte Rei), and Alan Reid (West Lothian) and Graham Fox (Clydeway Golf). Both pairs earned £350.
