ELLIOT SALTMAN EARNS £750 FOR JT 10TH FINISH

Elliot Saltman was the top-earning Scot on the final day of the PGA EuroPro Tour's Kerry London Championship over the South course at Burhill Golf Club, Surrey today (Saturday).

The Archerfield Links man finished tied 10th on four-under-par 212 with scores of 72, 69 and 71 to collect a payslip for £750.

Ross Kellett (Kingsfield) earned £403 for a shared 17th finishe on 214 with scores of 70, 72 and 72.

Paul Doherty (Vale Hotel, Wales) and Neil Fenwick (Dunbar) finished joint 35th on 217. Doherty scored 73, 69 and 75, Fenwick 72 69 and 76. They each earned £269.

The last Scot who qualified for the final day, Lloyd Saltman (Archerfield Links) dropped down to joint 46th place after a poor final round of 77, having shot 71 and 73 earlier. His total of 221 earned him £210.

Winner of the £10,000 first prize with a nine-under-par aggregate of 207 (68-68-71) was Lancashire's Jack Senior (Heysham) who finished a shot ahead of Sam Connor (Alsager) who earned £5,000 for rounds of 71, 68 and 69 for 208.
