Tour Final Qualifying

Scots Chris McCalman and Graeme Brown had a good day in the first round of the PGA EuroPro Tour Final Qualifying School at Frilford Heath.
McCalman headed the field of 60 players with a four-under-par round of 67. He made his score with an outward half of 31 - birdies at the second, fifth, sixth and eight. He did not have a single bogey on his card.
Graeme Brown, the former Scotland amateur international from Montrose, was in fourth place at the end of the opening day with a 71 (35-36) including birdies at the sixth, 11th and 16th with bogeys at the eighth, 10th and 12th.
