LEE, HUTCHEON, ORR SHARE LEAD
AFTER 90min SUSPENSION EXTENDS
PLAY TO 9.30pm AT WEST KILBRIDE

The first round of the Volvo/Ayrshire Hospice 36-hole pro-am ended in darkness after 9.30pm following a 90min suspension of play earlier in the day when the West Kilbride Golf Club area was hit by torrential rain which flooded the greens temporarily.
Leading the field at the halfway stage are three men who finished high up in the recent Gleneagles Scottish PGA championship - Craig Lee (All Golf Swing Centre), Greig Hutcheon (Peterculter) and David Orr (East Renfrewshire), pictured right.
They all hit the four-under-par 67 mark to carry a one-stroke lead over Dean Robertson (Mearns Castle), Chris Kelly (Cawder) and Graeme McInnes (Murcar Links) into the final 18 holes.
McInnes led the West Kilbride GC captain's amateur trio of Stephen McAllister (5), Ian McKay (9) and Mark Henry (9) to victory in the team event with a net score of 55.
