SEVEN-WAY TIE FOR FIRST PLACE IN
AIRDRIE GOLF CLUB PRO-AM

There was a seven-way tie for first place in the Airdrie Golf Club pro-am today.
Jim McKinnon (Irvine), Robert Arnott (Bishopbriggs), Ian Taylor (Drumpellier), Mark Loftus (Cowglen), Mark King (Kingsfield), Ricky Gray (Torrance House) and Dean Robertson (unattached) all returned one-under-par 68s.
Their financial reward was £609 apiece.
Alan Fleming (North Highland College) led the CPC Ltd trio of amateurs, George McHutchison (8), Lynn Hamilton (21) and Iain Gardiner (18) to victory in the team event with a net score of 56.
