McLEARY JOINT SIXTH WITH 13 UNDER PAR
Scots Jamie McLeary and Andrew McArthur finished joint sixth and joint 11th respectively in the Credit Suisse Challenge tournament at Wylihof Golf Club. McLeary, in contention for the 22,400 Euros first prize over the final round, finished with scores of 70, 72, 64 and 73 for a 13-under-par total of 279 to earn 4,340 Euros.
Former Scottish amateur champion McArthur had rounds of 69, 70, 73 and 69 for 281 to win 2,590 Euros.
Spain's Francisco Cea beat Englan's Tim Milford at the second extra hole of a sudden death play-off to take the title and the top cash award. They had tied on 16-under-par 276.
