By COLIN FARQUHARSON
Paul Lawrie's nephew Sean had his biggest payday as a professional today after finishing joint second in the EuroPro Tour's Irish Masters at Ballykisteen Golf and Country Club, Tipperary.
Sean, the North-east Alliance champion,  had rounds of 68, 70 and 66 for a 12-under-par total of 204, the same aggregate as Dermott McIlroy (Northern Ireland), and one behind the £10,000 winner, Sam Robertshawe (England), who shot 69, 69 and 65 for 203.

Sean Lawrie and McIlroy each earned £4,500.
Lawrie 's closing six-under 66 had seven birdies in halves of 32 and 34 - at the first, third, fifth, seventh, eighth, 16th and 17th. His only bogey came at the short sixth.
Next best Scots were Wallace Booth (Pitlochry Golf) and Paul Shields (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre), who shared 17th place on 208 and earned £498 each. Booth had rounds of 68, 71 and 69, Shields 73, 66 and 69.
Craig Lawrie, cousin of Sean, slipped down to a joint 25th finish on 209 (69, 68, 72) alongside Danny Kay (Renaissance) (71, 69, 69). Craig had a double bogey 5 at the short sixth and also bogeyed the 11th and 16th in halves of 36. He birdied the third, ninth, 14th and 15th. Craig and Kay earned £417 apiece.
