Scottish Seniors Golfing Society 2017 fixtures

The Scottish Seniors Golfing Society has again arranged an excellent fixture list for the coming seasson, including two additional events for Super Seniors (over 65 years of age).

Graham Bell (Downfield) will be hoping to repeat his 2016 Order of Merit title win, but will face strong competition from fellow members of the Scotland team who won the Senior European Championship in Slovenia last September.

They include last year's Order of Merit runner-up, and 2015 champion, Ronnie Clark (Erskine), and 2014 winner Ian Brotherston (Dumfries and County).

The Scottish Seniors Golfing Society is the brainchild of former amateur international Gordon MacDonald, and celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.  It was formed to meet the demand for high level competition for senior amateur golfers still keen to test their game against the top players.
