Maxwell, Munro teams tie for victory in


Stephen Gallacher Foundation Texas Scramble

Stephen Maxwell (Eastwood) and Ross Munro (Duddingston) led their sides to a dead-heat on the 31 mark at the head of a field of 17 teams, made up of young professionals and three schoolchildren per team, in the Stephen Gallacher Foundation Texas Scramble at Kingsfield golf course, West Lothian today.
The young professionals each received a £75 appearance fee while
there were 1-2-3 team prizes of £250, £150 and £100.
The team scores with their professionals are:

33 Stephen Speirs (Swanston New), Fergus Smith (Great Western Golf), Adam David Wills (Lanark).
34 Scott Ross (Turnhouse), Darren McBratney (Carnwath), Jennifer Potter (Loch Lomond).
35 Mark O'Donnell (Linlithgow), Stephen Wilson (Carrick on Loch Lomond).
36 Cameron Farrell (Cardross), David Stein (Ranfurly Castle).
