Winning Ryder Cup captains to attend Stephen

Gallacher Foundation Dinner in Edinburgh

NEWS RELEASE
Two winning Ryder Cup captains are set to be among the guests at the Stephen Gallacher Foundation Dinner when the annual fund-raising event is held for the first time at Prestonfield House in Edinburgh.
Bernard Gallacher, the triumphant captain at Oak Hill in 1995, and Sam Torrance, who steered Europe to victory at The Belfry in 2002, will join Gallacher, as well as Paul Lawrie, in a Q and A being conducted by Dougie Donnelly at the March 30 event.
Comedian and broadcaster Fred Macaulay will host the night, which is aimed at raising the Foundation's profile on the back of solid building bricks having been laid since it was launched by the three-time European Tour winner almost exactly five years ago.
Former Scotland rugby international Andy Nicol will conduct an auction for some incredible lots, which will raise valuable funds for the Foundation as it provides opportunities for youngsters at grass-roots level in the Lothians and Borders.
