Gary Tough wins Senior Stableford at Drumoig

The sixth Scottish Senior Golfing Society's winter Stableford was held at Drumoig today when Edzell's Gary Tough took full advantage of the perfect golfing weather and a course in excellent condition.

Tough, who plays off one of a handicap and finished second last week at Monifieth, headed the big field with 41pt. His actual score was an excellent four-under-par 69.   
He was closely followed by David Halkerston (St Andrews New) on 40 points, and Mike Hall (Stirling) with 39.

The final event of the 2016/2017 winter season takes place at Prestwick St. Cuthbert next Friday (March 31).
