FRASER KANE TAKES YOUTHS CUP AT STRATHAVEN

 KENNY GALLACHER WINS 

LANARKSHIRE COUNTY PLAY-OFF

Kenny Gallacher of East Kilbride won the Lanarkshire county championship on Sunday at a sunny Strathaven Golf Club.
Kenny (68-74) and Shotts' Allyn Dick (Shotts) (74-68( tied on level par 142 at the end of the two rounds regulation play.
Gallacher won the title at the second extra hole of the play-off.
Fraser Kane (Kirkhill), with a pair of 73s for 146,  won the Youths Cup for Under-23s.
