HALFWAY STAGE OF 36-HOLE ELIMINATORS AT FOUR VENUES

KELLETT, BELL BEST PLACED SCOTS 

AT EUROPRO TOUR Q SCHOOL

Ross Kellett and Ross Bell are the best placed Scots at the halfway stage of the PGA EuroPro Tour Qualifying School Stage 1 36-hole eliminators at four venues in England.
Motherwell's Kellett is lying fourth after a par 72 at De Vere Slaley Hall, Northumbria while Downfield's Ross Bell also had a par 72 to be joint fourth at Formby Hall, Lancashire
The leading 39 at Slaley Hall and the top 49 at Formby Hall will go forward after 36 holes to the Final Stage over 54 holes at Frilford Heath, Oxfordshire next week.
Ellon's Ross Cameron also had a 72 at Woldingham but the scoring was much lower at this venue and he is sharing 28th place. Woldingham will have 49 qualifiers.
Paul Lawrie's son Craig has a 79 and is on the qualifying borderline at De Vere alongwith Neil Henderson, amateur Sam Binning, James Dick and Scott Crichton.
