McCREADIE WINS WEST ALLIANCE AT WEST KILBRIDE
Buchanan Castle's Jason McCreadie won this week's West of Scotland Alliance top scratch prize with an excellent round of four-under-par 67.
He was six under par (30) for the first nine holes but came home in 37 and won by only one stroke from joint runners-up David Orr (Mearns Castle), home in 32, and young Williamwood amateur George Burns, back in 33.
Robert Jenkins (Crow Wood) was fourth on 69 in a field of 15 professionals and 46 amateurs.
