MIDLAND ALLIANCE REPORT AND SCORES


WEBSTER, TOUGH AND HUTTON TIE FOR
FIRST PLACE AT LUNDIN LINKS

Edzell professional Alistair Webster shared victory with two amateurs, Gary Tough, who plays off +1 at Edzell, and Pitlochry scratch man Willie Hutton when the Midland Alliance resumed after the Festive break at Lundin Golf Club, Fife today (Tuesday).
The trio matched the par of 71.
Pitreavie pro Paul Brooks finished third, a shot behind on 72 with the home course pro Ron Walker fourth on 73.
Hutton's net score of 71 was also good enough to win him the leading handicap award.
