PABLO MARTIN LEADING GECKO TOUR EVENT ON COSTA DEL SOL

A winner on the European Tour in days gone by, Spain's Pablo Martin (pictured above) does not mind stooping to conquer - which he has not done yet, of course! - but he is setting the pace, three shots clear of the field, with an eight-under-par 64 at Atalaya Golf and Country Club on the Costa del Sol in this week's Gecko Tour event. 
Martin's nearest challengers at halfway in this 36-hole event are England's Lloyd Kennedy and Spain's Gabriel Canizares Gomez on the 67 mark.
No Scots in this tournament, by the way.
