SCOTS SUTHERLAND AND MATHESON IN THE MIX AT PGA PRO CHAMPIONSHIP OF EUROPE

Two Scottish professionals, Craig Sutherland and Craig Matheson, are lying third and fourth respectively after 36 holes of the PGA Professional Championship of Europe at Pravets Golf and Spa Resort, Bulgaria.
Sutherland, the head pro at Cherry Lodge Golf Club, Biggins Hill, Kent, is one off the pace on 138 after rounds of 70 and 68 over the par 71 course.
Tartan Tour campaigner Craig Matheson, attached to Falkirk Tryst Golf Club, is on 140 with scores of 72 and 68.
Joint leaders on five-under-par 137 are Alex Roberts (Switzerland) with 70-67 and Federico Elli (Italy) with 73-65.
