A few dollars more for Jimmy Gunn

Scot Jimmy Gunn earned $2,700 for a joint ninth place finish today in this week's Gateway Tour event at Vista Verde Golf Club, Arizona.
The man from Dornoch had rounds of 66, 70 and 70 for a tota of 10-under-par 206. He finished four shots behind Kane Hanson who won the $16,000 first prize by beating Charlie Beljan, who also totalled 14-under-par 202, in a sudden-death play-off.
Gunn had an eagle at the sixth and birdies at the third, seventh,13th, 16th and 17th in his final round but he also had a double bogey at a short hole and also bogeyed three holes.
Gunn earned $4,000 last week for a joint fifth place finish on the Gateway Tour.
