THE MIDLANDS GOLFERS ALLIANCE

The Midlands Golfers Alliance held two meetings this week , the Mixed Foursomes at Auchterarder on Monday 15th. September and a normal meeting at Pitlochry on Thursday 18th. September. Both were held in rather wet condition both overhead and underfoot.
The results were as follows.

Mixed Foursomes at Auchterarder on 15/09/08

Scratch winners were H. Cowborough, Muckhart and E Sneddon, Tillicoultry with a score of 78.
Handicap winners were C. Westland, and L. McAinsh both Alloa 65.5, C. Mitchell, Blairgowrie and J. Lang Alyth 71 , J. Edmiston and E. Mathieson both Buntisland 72.
