AT MONTROSE LINKS

This week's meeting of the Midland Golfers Alliance was held over the Montrose Links and was sponsored by J M Menzies. Amateur Gary Tough, who plays off +2 and is the course manager at Letham Grange, won the scratch prize with a great score of 63. Gary is pictured on right (Cal Carson Golf Agency image). The leading handicap score was a magnificent net 60 by Panmure's J Brown, playing off 12.
