LEE VANNET WINS AT LADYBANK

Professional Lee Vannet (Carnoustie Golf Links) won the Midland Golfers' Alliance with a five-under-par 66 at Ladybank Golf Club this week.
Lee birdied three of the last five holes.
Best team score in the J M Menzies pro-am was 128 by Craig Matheson (Falkirk Tryst), Scott Miller (Blairgowrie), Bill Crosbie (Blairgowrie) and Alistair Mason (Thornton).
