IN-FORM McCREADIE WINS AGAIN ON
TARTAN TOUR WITH BIRDIE BARRAGE


Jason McCreadie strung together five birdies in a row in scoring his fourth Tartan Tour win of the season in today's Discovery pro-am at Blairgowrie.
Three of the victories have come since August 19 (at Sandyhills), September 1 (Paisley) and now the Rosemount course.
McCreadie won the £862 top prize with a seven-under-par round of 65 which included an inward half of six-under-par 31. He had eight birdies in all - at the eighth, ninth, 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 16th and 17th with only one bogey, at the fourth.
Jim McKinnon (Irvine) was runner-up with a 66.
Scottish pro champion Mark Loftus (Cowglen) led the Bonar Yarns & Fabrics Ltd trio of Paul Fraser (handicap 14), Jim Murray (7) and Ian Fraser (15) to victory with a two-ball net score of 127.
