GORDON AND BROWN SLUMP OUT OF
PGA EUROPRO TOUR EVENT

Aberdeen's Graham Gordon and Graeme Brown from Montrose were the leading Scots with 66s after the first round of this week's PGA EuroPro Tour event at Stonebridge Golf Club in the West Midlands.
Twenty-four hours later they are both out of the tournament, having missed the cut.
Brown shot a 73 for 139 to miss the cut mark by one shot.
Gordon had a 74 for 140.
The only Scots still in the tournament are Elliott Saltman, who had a superb round of 64 to move up to joint second place on 132 - one shot off the pace being set by Adam Frayne (St Mellion) with 69 and 62 for seven-under-par 131, Andrew Oldcorn (135), Jack Doherty (136) and Alasdair Hay (138).
