MOFFAT MEMBERS SCORE AT HOME
Moffat Golf Club, the hosts for the LGU Medal South Area Final competition today (Sunday) provided the winners of both the Silver and Bronze Divisions on a day of wind and rain..
The four qualifiers, who included the Moffat ladies’ captain, Bernice Williams, go forward to the Grand Final at Crieff Golf Club on Sunday, June 3.
Qualifiers (SS 68, CSS 71:
Silver – Bernice Williams (Moffat) (18) 71; Frances Frlconer (Melrose) (7) 77.
Bronze – Linda Jack (Moffat) (19) 75; Christine Duncan (Melrose) (22) 79 (better inward half).
