BRITAIN AND AUSTRALIA SHARE FOURSOMES ON
DAY 2 OF COMMONWEALTH TOURNAMENT

Britain and Australia, the two winning teams from the opening day of the Commonwealth tournament in South Africa, shared the morning foursomes on their Day 2 encounter at Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club.
Karry Smith and Naomi Edwards beat Frances Bondad and Helen Oh by one hole but Curtis Cup players Breanne Loucks and Melissa Reid lost by 3 and 2 to Emma Bennett and Stephanie Na.
Krystle Caithness, for the second day in a row, will not come into action until the singles in which she will play Stephanie Na in the second match.
Canada, thrashed 7-0 by Britain yesterday, won both foursomes from New Zealand who did not play on the opening day.
