The last meeting before the Midlands Alliance Championship was held at Monifieth Links in Angus yesterday.Summer like conditions lead to a big turn out and produced excellent scores. Tie for first scratch were Alan Lockhart( AP, Ladybank) and Steve Martin (P, Unatt) with superb scores of 4 under par, 67. Winner of the handicap prize was local golfer George Cant (Monifieth) with a net score of 69.
