P and K win Scottish senior men's team championship
Perth and Kinross won the Scottish senior men's amateur team championship at Stranraer Golf Club today.
They had a total of 374 from the best five individual scores achieved by Stuart McKendrick (Dunkeld), Scott Michie (Kinross), Dave Logie (Craigiehill), Tom McLevy (Blairgowrie), Norman Dyce (Strathmore) and Mark Williamson (Dunkeld).
Lothians, who finished in a triple tie for third place on 381 alongside Fife and Glasgow gained the bronze medal with a better sixth team member score than Fife and Glasgow's sixth team member.
The placings were:
374 Perth and Kinross.
378 South
381 Lothians, Fife, Glasgow.
386 Dumbarton.
