after feeling unwell
By BERNIE McGuire

Unfortunately, the 42nd Ryder Cup will be getting underway tomorrow without the presence of Jock MacVicar, the AGW President, in the Media Centre at Le Golf National.
Jock, pictured, who writes for the Scottish Daily Express, travelled over to France on Monday with some of his Scottish colleagues but was taken into hospital the following day after feeling unwell.
He has since undergone stomach surgery and is recovering in the Hospital Andre Mignot in Versailles.

Members of the AGW are in constant contact with the hospital and will continue to visit Jock over the next few days.
The AGW would like to thank the European Tour, in particular Scott Crockett and Steve Todd, for their assistance in ensuring that Jock received swift medical attention.
