Ferguson makes up some ground in Egypt with 68

Ewen Ferguson from Bearsden, the only Scot in the field, is sharing 23rd place after two rounds of the Alps Tour's Ein Bay Open at Sokhna Golf Club, Egypt.
The former British boys champion has had rounds of 75 and 68 for a tally of one-under 143 over the par-72 course.
Ferguson had an eagle 3 at the 17th and birdies at the seventh, 16th and 18th in his second round. He had only one bogey, at the 15th.
Irishman David Carey, with scores of 66 and 68 for 10-under 134, leads by one stroke from Colombia's Alvara Arizabaleta (69-66) and by two from Italian Michele Cea (69-67).
