Double bogeys knock back Calum Fyfe in Africa

Cawder's Calum Fyfe is lying joint 31st in a field of 90 players at the halfway stage of the African men's amateur championship at Glendower Golf Club, South Africa.
He has had rounds of 74 and 73 for three-over-par 147. He had a double bogey 7 at the second - his second of the tournament - and birdieing the fourth, 10th and 15th.
John Paterson (St Andrews New), the only other Scot in the field is in joint 47th position after rounds of 78 and 73 for 151.
The lead is shared on six-under 138 by South African David McIntyre, India's Yashas Chandra and Edgar Catherine (France). All three have scored 70-68.
They are one stroke ahead of fourth-placed Jamie Du Preez (South Africa) who has had rounds of 69 and 70.
Alex Gleeson (Ireland) comes next on 140 (73-67) with compatriot Coalan Rafferty on 141 (73-68).
