Craig Lawrie's 71 earns him share of 13th 

place on Algarve

Craig Lawrie shot a two-under-par 71 to share 13th place in a field of 74 players after the first round of the 36-hole Algarve Pro Tour's Morgado Classic II at Morgado Golf and Country Club, near Portimao today.
Lawrie, starting at the 10th hole, birdieing three par-5 holes, the 10th, 13th and seventh, before dropping his only shot of the day at the eighth.
Three Englishman share the overnight lead on six-under 67: Jamie Abbot, Bradley Moore and Curtis Griffiths.
