MIDLAND ALLIANCE COMPETITION IN PERTHSHIRE

WEBSTER WINS in EDZELL 1-2 AT ALYTH 

Edzell Golf Club professional Alastair Webster maintained his recent good form to win the Midland Golfers' Alliance first scratch prize with a two-under-par 68 at Alyth Golf Club today (Thursday).

Webster (pictured) won by one shot from Edzell amateur Gary Tough with Carnousite pro Fraser Mann third on the 71 mark.
Alister Duncan, who plays off three at Murrayshall, won the leading handicap award with a net 70.
