THREE BIRDIES BUT A DOUBLE BOGEY FROM PETERHEAD PLAYER
PHILIP McLEAN IN POLISH TOP 30
Peterhead's
Philip McLean (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre), the only Scot in a field of 65
players, shot a three-over-par 74 to be in joint 26th position at the
end of the first round of the Deutschebank Polish Masters at Sobienie
Krolewski Golf and Country Club.
McLean
birdied the first, eighth and 15th but had a double bogey 5 at the
short 12th and also dropped shots at the fifth, seventh, ninth and 18th.
Frenchmen
Kenny Le Sager leads by one with a 67 from Stephan Gross (Germany) and
Filip Mruzek (Czech Republic) with Dutchman Floris De Vries in fourth
place on 69.
