Knox (70) sharing 12th place in Hooters Tour event
Russell Knox from Inverness is lying joint 12th with a two-under-par 70 in the first round of this week's Hooters Tour event, the Terry Moore Ford Open at Rock Barn Golf & Spa, Conover, North Carolina.
Leading the field is former US college circuit player, David Skinns from Lincoln, England, and Brennan Webb (Florida) with matching five-under-par 67s.
Irishman Chris Devlin is sharing third place with James Vargas (Florida) on the 68 mark.
