Scottish Seniors Golfing Society Press Release
CSS FOR BOTH HOME AND AWAY
PLAYERS TO BE USED ON
SENIORS' CIRCUIT
By KEITH HOWIE
Vice-captain, Scottish Seniors Golfing Society
No more do you need to protect that handicap by playing most of your golf round your home course. CONGU have recognised that there IS a strong bias in favour of home players during open competitions and have built in the capability of a separate CSS for home and visiting players. This is reckoned to be perhaps one to two shots per round.
In anticipation of this, SSGS have subscribed to Club Systems International’s Club2000 software which will enable us to produce close of play CSS, for both home and away players, at all of our stroke-play events.
So, no excuses. Entry forms are on our website http://www.seniors-golf-in-scotland.org.uk/ .
